“They were the best landlords we had ever encountered. The house was in a very good condition and very accommodative for us students. It was our home in the UK and we were very happy that the Simply Student Housing landlords were part of it. They were very helpful in every single way. They would help us as much as they can if we have any problem with the house or things related to it. For example, if we have a problem with the toilet in the morning, they would check and repair it in the afternoon or the evening. They were very prompt in their response. I remember when we first wanted to move into the house, they were very helpful enough to offer their help and send our things to the house when we move in. Best landlords we ever had!”

“I lived in one of Simply Student Housing’s houses for two years and wished I’d found it a year earlier! All of us in the house remarked often how lucky we were to have found our house. The home itself was probably the nicest student house I’ve seen but having SSH as landlords was a massive bonus. They were very respectful of us and our space but would always be there if we had even the slightest issue — for example, when one of my poorly domesticated housemates emailed them about a dead bulb in the bathroom (despite there being a Homebase on our road!) they were round first thing in the morning. We considered them friends and would always chat whenever they came over for any reason, be it sorting something out or showing potential new tenants around. They also took a personal interest in our welfare and studies. As is probably evident, I cannot recommend them highly enough and feel whoever is lucky enough to have them as landlords get exceptional service from very nice people.”

They were exemplary landlords: the house was in excellent condition when we moved in and any problems were resolved quickly. To better suit me and my girlfriend, they took a bed out of one room and replaced it with a desk for use as my office. Not many landlords would be so flexible! I highly recommend them.”
