We operate within the popular areas of Canley, Earlsdon and Stoke and have a range of comfortable, tastefully furnished 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses. Our Canley houses are within easy walking distance of Warwick University. Our Earlsdon houses are just minutes away from the No 12 bus stop and Earlsdon’s High Street with its thriving student community, pubs, shops, cafes and convenience stores. Our Stoke property is a 3-minute walk to the Engineering Block and a 5-minute walk to the City Centre.
We know the importance of approachability, good communication, dedication and getting it right when it comes to students putting their trust in their landlord and living locally we are able to offer our students peace of mind that help is just around the comer should ever they need it. We also pride ourselves in operating same day or next day call outs wherever possible and testimonials from students past and present confirm our commitment in making your stay as stress free and relaxing as possible.
We maintain our properties to a very high standard and ensure we comply with all legal requirements for letting properties, including providing annual gas and electrical safety certificates. All of our houses are compliant with Coventry Council’s safety guidelines & fire regulations for houses of multiple occupation. We are long standing members of the NLA (National Landlords Association).
Our tenancies run for 10, 11 or 12 months and you only pay for what you require. There are no hidden charges, no agency fees, no administrative fees and no security bonds. We provide a full inventory service to check the property at the beginning and end of your tenancy to agree return of your deposit (£200 per person), which is protected through the Government’s approved scheme ‘My Deposits’.
